- You’ll often find that the future workforce is motivated by whether the work is stimulating and meaningful much more than by money or status. Employers must consider how they portray the overall company experience and culture. - Flexibility and balance
- Millennials and Generation Z want to have the opportunity to control their own hours and working location. They often expect a healthy work-life balance and this will be considered as one of their imperative priorities when searching for a job.
