My client in Shrewsbury requires a Call Assistant to join their team.
The position is full time, office based, Monday to Friday 8.45 – 17.00pm if successful you will be required to start immediately.
As part of a multi-agency team to make facetime / teams calls to members of the public and professionals and/or letters of enquiry/referrals.
This position requires skill and expertise in listening, analysing information presented, searching CareFirst case management system to determine whether families are known or have been previously known, relaying information to the Senior Social Worker and entering all relevant information into the case management database in a timely manner.
As a Call Assistant you will be required to:
- Call / facetime individuals who have been discharged from hospitals / care homes to check in with them and see how they are coping now they home
- Find out if they need any support or if they have any concerns
- Enter data into CRM system
- Keep all relevant documents up to date
- Raise concern if needed to appropriate department
As a successful Call Assistant, you would need:
- To be confident on the telephone
- To have a polite and professional telephone manner
- To be IT literate / willing to learn new system
- To have a can-do attitude
- To be a team player
