Our client, a respected and well-established window and door manufacturer in Shrewsbury, is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative! As the company continues to flourish, you’ll have the chance to play a key role in driving its sales success. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director and enjoy an exciting opportunity for growth, with the potential to transition into a mixed office and field-based role as you develop your skills.

Duties of an Internal Sales Representative:

  • Reconnect and Grow: Re-engage previous customers and cultivate relationships to boost new business opportunities
  • Expand Product Sales: Promote our full range of windows and doors to existing customers
  • Be Proactive: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to secure new accounts
  • Manage Quotes: Chase quotes and send product information to clients
  • Stay Organised: Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM with accurate customer and prospect details
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Sales Director to roll out exciting sales promotions
  • Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed your sales targets as part of a motivated team
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with product knowledge to provide top-notch advice to customers
  • Engage in Growth: Attend training sessions and meetings as needed

Required to be a successful Internal Sales Representative:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and the ability to manage your workload
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric focus
  • A positive attitude and a determination to exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred, as the role may evolve into a mixed-field and office-based position
