We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established company founded in 2002. Our client specialises in designing and manufacturing roof trusses, metal web joists, and spandrel panels, serving both domestic and commercial projects across the UK.

Due to expansion and a busy period, they are looking for a Production Operative to join their team permanently. Immediate starts available for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Machinery: Use advanced technology to cut timber to precise specifications.
• Material Handling: Load timber onto machinery efficiently and safely.
• Assembly: Utilise hand tools to assemble products such as roof trusses and floor joists.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the high-quality standards and adhere to industry regulations.
• Health & Safety: Strictly follow all health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to move products within the factory.
• Housekeeping: Always maintain a clean and organised workspace.
