Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time (3-6 months)

The Temporary HR Administrator will support the HR Department with a critical scanning, filing, and reconciliation project. The role involves digitising physical employee files, organising key data, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:
Compliance:

  • Complete the scanning of all outstanding physical employee personnel files (approximately 450)
  • Catalogue and record key data points and Terms and Conditions details into an Excel spreadsheet stored securely. This includes data from newly scanned files and existing online employee personnel files (approximately 800)
  • Reconcile information within personnel files to ensure all changes during an employee’s lifecycle are accurately recorded and appropriately retained

Additional Tasks:

  • Organise and file digitised records for easy access by the HR team
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required

Person Specification:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with data input, filing, and using Excel
  • Previous administration experience
  • Methodical and consistent approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of GDPR and its application in handling employee data
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times

Preferred:

  • Candidates must be local to the Llansantffraid, Welshpool, or Oswestry area
